Although Storm knows how to defend herself in hand-to-hand combat, it is not her specialty. She facing the giant enemy makes sense because she can maneuver flying and keep her distance throwing bolts.

I'm pretty sure HTH combat is one of Storm's specialities and is often highlighted.

Love that Frenzy will have a major role in this book, this is probably one of the few times so many black women are appearing in main titles, let alone 4. Oya where you at, we need your melanin!!

Calisto is known for specializing in hand to hand a storm won against her. She is quite handy in a hand to hand fight. Storm has been a bad a** since her introduction. Hand to hand is a HUGE part of her character that is just not used much.

Characters who don't have meele powers actually being able to fight hand to hand when no one expects so is great. I loved it when Jean did it on New X-Men and it's cool when Storm does it too.
