Incredibly excited to see the Vault subplot picked back up. I can only hope this leads to a team that includes these three as core members. But even if it doesn't, I'm stoked to find out what happened to them.

You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back.

Agree to disagree here. For me this is not taking his powers back, it is a defeat.
After all the stories I recall reading about him and the Weapon x project, the weapon x projekt abducted him, experimented on him, tried to take his humanity from him. (Wolverine black white and blood is a good example, how he views it). I always loved the character for striving for his humanity in all his savagery. He always tried to be a better man. Even in the knowledge that he might never be able to reach his goal. For me it would be a declaration of defeat, him going by Weapon X. Lauras fans hated for her to take the codename x 23 and giving it her own definition, this is the same as you suggests for Logan with the codename Weapon x. What goes for Laura applies also for Logan here, in my opinion.

Well, there’s also the possibility that he just passes on the codename, and his series gets retitled to Weapon X but he doesn’t actually go by that. Just Logan.
Or maybe they’re just both Wolverine. Could be humorous.
“Wolverine...”
“Which one?”
Ha.
I haven’t seen this one before. Looks like a X of Swords variant...

LOVE that the Vault squad is coming back! My boo, Ev.
I'd actually be very interested in seeing an aged Laura. Being all woman-y.

I'm one that supports Logan keeping his Wolverine title. It's his name it's always been his name since his debut, why should he lose it or have to give it up to Laura? When people hear the name Wolverine they think Logan like they hear Batman they think Bruce Wayne. Besides people want Laura to not be in Logan's shadow, they want her to be her own person and stand on her own feet. Hell some think she's better than Logan in all aspects so why does she need his name? Why can't she get her own original unique name to personalize herself, instead it's lets give her the Wolverine name because reasons. And don't say the she "earned" it because that's lazy. How exactly did she "earn" it, by doing what, and how did Logan "un earn" it? Logan has done nothing to warrant losing his title and having it handed to Laura. It's actions like this that makes people hate legacy characters, the the originals are done dirty to prop up the legacies. Logan is the one and only Wolverine, the original and the best. Some hate him for their own reasons but he's popular and enduring and he's not going anywhere. Laura is also here to stay and has her fans to be sure, but let her stand on her own without Logan's title as a crutch. X23 was a fine name, if she and her fans don't like that name then come up with a new one all her own. Logan is Wolverine.
Isnt that because anyone can be a Green Lantern with a ring?
