Lol my trio look like they went for one of Ororo's famous swims and Logan is mad Emma made them miss it but she had to find her choker.

And i just want to add. Everything else aside that would be one BADASS must buy team for me. lol Add Bishop/Roberto/Monet and it would truly be chrimstams.

Yeah, Al Ewing will probably deal better than most with King in Black and they are probably good comics. But it's still KiB and it still feels like something totally unnecessary that kills the momentum of # 1.

Hellions dealt with it better, had time to close a narrative arc before X of Swords, it feels more natural. Here it is too drastic. They should have either created SWORD afterwards or the founding of SWORD was in response to Knull.

"Good King in Black" is not as good as it could be.

On the one hand?

I'd tend to agree.

On the other hand?

It could wind up being an interesting swerve into the bigger picture that the title exists in.

Never mind that it could wind up being a perfectly solid excuse for Cortez to take a few lumps.
