That's nice of you to say. Call it professional deformation, as a teacher I often find classical literary connections in modern works. They are either intentional or purely accidental, but consider that every possible story structure was probably concieved by humanity until around 2nd part of 20th Century and postmodernism, the rest is just re-works of familiar tropes. When I say 'just' I don't mean to de-value modern literature or comic books, new 'patchworks' of inspiration and creativity is what will drive fresh works forward as long as there is a living soul writing and sharing new stuff.
