unless the reveal is that storm and other mutants will be working alongside wakanda and the humans to colonize space for both species and that's what the new black panther book is about.
it does have her and space ships on the cover.

The upcoming Black Panther book is a superhero-espionage thriller focusing on a love story that all signs seem to indicate will focus on a woman not named Storm. The Alex Ross cover was not an indication of what the book will actually be about. Whatever plans editorial has for Storm will probably have nothing to do with Wakanda and will instead be about her taking Magneto’s spot on SWORD as the Quiet Council representative post-Hellfire Gala.

From what I read I don't see why Storm would fit the premise.

There's a graphic in the top left of the teaser showing the Autumn/Winter/Spring/Summer Quiet Council set up and the two vacant seats, so it seems like the QC will play a big role.
