I think that's more likely to be psi bolts or something similar to that I truly doubt we will see Emma use TK anytime soon lol

Eh Emma is a telepath who's secondary mutation is turning to diamond. That's pretty much it as far as her powers go. It wouldn't make any sense to just randomly give her TK.

I could’ve sworn it was established at some point that all telepaths are partially telekinetic and vice versa, and it’s simply a matter of training and harnessing that ability.

In Gen X Synch was able to sync with Emma and utilize her latent TK powers however that really hasn't been touched up since and during the Onslaught Saga I'm pretty sure she used TK to levitate some utensils. She def has the potential to use it but I don't think any writer will utilize that power anytime soon lol we have enough telepath/ telekinetic mutants running around as is already

Yeah this seems like an urban legend we've heard but never confirmed. But it does seem most telepaths have at least low level TK.

Wouldn't this also mean all those with TK as their power have low level telepathy?

It wouldnt be random as there has been a few instances in the past to support this. The diamond form was more random than anything. With that said IA that I dont want her to have TK
