Yes but he also had a Cat.

Aquaman would probably not like cats, because they eat fish and they're usually very scared of the water. While there are waterdogs. Supergirl is a cat person, as is Power Girl. Sugar & Spike favour cats as they are easy to blame for any bad acts.

Arthur is definitely a dog person, seeing how he has a dog named Salty, but I don't think he's got anything against cats. He eats fish too (In the current continuity at least. Orin from the 90's would kill him for that)

Isn't Batman more of a dog person? He did have Ace the Bathound for a while when Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle were on the Batman books, if I remember correctly. And if it wasn't dogs, I think he would just be a bat person. He's got bats on his mind ALL. THE. TIME.
