"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
I think Ben is a good idea for a character, but he came to prominence at arguably one of the worst times for Spider-Man comics.
I like Julia as Madam Web.

I think the idea of Julia becoming the next Madame Web was an inspired choice, but the trigger was pulled waaay too soon. It should've been something in her indeterminate future, like MOTU's Teela someday destined to become the Sorceress of Grayskull; and Julia's exploits as Spider-Woman/Arachne could have periodically touched on that potential while facing the likes of Charlotte Witter who would strive to usurp her as heir apparent. The only good thing I see about her being the current Web is her distinguished status amid all the present-day female Spider derivatives.
