So how is the Spawn comic these days?

I haven't read the series since issue 32-36 and 66 years years ago

Better than it has been for years IMO. I have enjoyed the series a lot lately. When Erik Larsen joined the book, I don't remember the number of the issue, it took an interesting turn, and it stayed interesting after he left the book.

The Larsen stuff was fun, but i havnt been digging it since McFarlane returned. Too dense with too little payoff and a lack of direction. Hopefullly it'll improve when the new team takes over.
