Frank Millers Daredevil Omnibus vs Visionaries Editions?

I'm looking to pick up as much of Millers run on daredevil as I can. I already own the Companion HC So I know buying the omnibus would be the easiest way to go, but that price tag seems sorta high. How to the Visionaries edition stack up to the Omnibus? I see them from time to time for a pretty good price so I was just thinking maybe the 3 volume Visionaries set might be a better buy over the omnibus. Any thoughts?
