Ash Ketchum vs Elric of Melnibone, in a proxy battle. Ash and Elric are not directly in this fight, they are summoning creatures to fight on their behalf. Ash can summon Pokemon that he has captured. Elric may summon elemental, demons, Beast Lords, Lords of Chaos, etc, that he has summoned during his various adventures.

A.) Ash and Elric may each summon one creature before the bell, to do battle to the death.

B.) Ash and Elric start with one creature, and may summon additional creatures as reinforcements, as long as they each still have at least one creature in the fight.

C.) They sit and talk.
