Default CBR Cover Contest: July 5 to July 11 -- Bombs Away!

Since we in the USA just finished celebrating Independence Day, and there was all that commemoration of "The rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air" (OK, that was actually from the second war with the British, in 1812 - 1814, but still!), I thought it would be timely to go with "bombs". It doesn't actually have to be a bomb bursting in air (although that's OK), it can be a bomb being dropped, or just a bomb sitting there, or even a bomb being constructed, just so long as it's a picture of a bomb. Here's an example, with Kal-El doing the Slim Pickins bit (although he really needs to be slapping it with a Stetson):

    The rules:

Post one (and only one) cover that fits the theme of this week's contest.
Cover must be from a published comic book or collected volume.
Covers must be posted before voting begins (on Tuesday)
Contest begins 12 PM Wednesday (today) and runs until 12 AM Tuesday PDT (i.e., 3 AM Wednesday EDT!).

Vote by posting the name in bold of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most. A vote need not be in bold, but it does make it easier to tally votes.
The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period.
It's okay to discuss the covers but if you think someone's entry doesn't fit the theme or violates the rules, you don't need to argue it in the thread, simply don't vote for it.

    Also:
Occasionally Voting will Result in a Tie! The Person Who Started the Thread and Thus will do the Counting that Week will Usually call for a TIE-Breaking Vote from Someone who has Not Yet Voted!
AFTER the Tie-Breaker Vote, Voting Ends and the Winner is Declared by The One Who Started the Thread (or assigned surrogate) and Thus will do the Counting.

Most importantly please remember that we're here to have fun. Enjoy!

There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

If you cut the wrong wire
I set off tonight I set an explosion if you don't work me right
I'll detonate like thousand pounds of dynamite
    Like dynamite, dynamite
