help with secret empire reading order

hi i have been collecting secret empire and the tie ins and going to start reading, I've searched online for reading order to help me but there seems to be fair amount of discrepancies as to what to read and when.

can anyone who has been reading it along with the tie ins help with a link to a good reading order to go off?
