I'm really sad to see Scarlet Spider and Spider-Man 2099 at the bottom

A better performance for RYV this time. MJ and Venom always make magic in the market

The trade of RYV did well too, it was number thirty on the collection charts.

Great start for Spectacular, and despite some of the criticisms I've read about it online I thought it was a good first issue personally. As for Spider-Man 2099, isn't that ending soon? If so, then perhaps that's a factor?

Dear fans of Miles and Gwen:

I see your favorite Spidey characters are sitting comfortably together at 81 and 82. I think it's fair to say that Miles and Gwen are here to stay. Both have proven to be interesting characters and welcome additions, and Marvel must see them as brimming with potential.

I hope that you will lend your support to my favorite Spidey, Ben Reilly. If you look at the numbers, you'll see that issue #3 was fairly close in rank to Miles and Gwen. However, sales were down for issue #4.

Please give his comic a try, and if you like it - if enough people try it and like it - maybe we can get Ben right up there with Miles and Gwen. Maybe all three will be that much better off, as Marvel will see there is a market for Spider-Family books - something that's never been true before.

I don't want to spoil too much for those who don't look at solicits, but the upcoming issues look utterly sensational! PAD is creating something special here - something that matters a great deal to me.

    Do it for your pal,

-Pav, who doesn't ask for much...

You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back

Wow, didn't know Edge of Venomverse had that much hype.
"I should describe my known nature as tripartite, my interests consisting of three parallel and disassociated groups; a) love of the strange and the fantastic, b) love of abstract truth and scientific logic, c) love of the ancient and the permanent. Sundry combinations of these strains will probably account for my...odd tastes, and eccentricities."

I love how you omit the fact the family Parker are sitting slightly above both of them, proof, if any needed, that they're to stay also

Can you go a single thread without dragging whole "marriage" debate into this? Pav did not mention Venom either, according to you what is the dark conspiracy he has against that book?

Well Spider-Man 2099's showing is somewhat understandable at this point in the run & a run for any comic going into the 20's isn't that bad for today's marketplace. I think it sucks that once again a solo book featuring Ben Reilly is doing so badly and i hope Marvel doesn't take the results as an accurate indicator of the interest in Ben as a character.

I didn't notice, and I didn't think of it when making my earlier post. I was focused on not-Peter Spideys.

-Pav, who hopes you'll try the next issue of Scarlet Spider...

I'm glad Renew Your Vows sold better this month. Here's hoping it remains in the top 100.

    I love it!
I am definitely fan of Spider-Family.
MJ kicking some ass for a change is cool, but she needs to leave some for Peter. hahahaha
