Emma is more like Dany because she's trying to retake her throne and has these three very powerful "Children."

It's difficult to shoe horn Xmen into characters that only vaguely match them in character.

The dragons as the cuckoos is a good parallel, but besides that Dany and Emma are nothing alike.

Robert's unlikely friendship with the serious-minded Ned Stark does remind me of Logan and Cyclops.

Everyone's done a pretty amazing job so far.
Just a few more additional thoughts.

Namor does work quite well as Khal Drogo, though if not he could be Blackfish.
Doug Ramsey is 100% Sam Tarley and having Cannonball be John Snow plays into that, which in turn would allow Husk to make a great little sister Sansa.
Rahne as Gilly plays well with Doug as Sam and matches up nicely with her timid yet wild nature early on.
Danielle Moonstar as Ygritte. Proud, Archer, Wild.
I'd cast Magma as Daenarhys, given her whole origin story in Nova Roma and having a Powerful bloodline and being fire-based.
Magik as Arya is -okay-. Not 100% sold on it though.

Also, Cyclops can't be Stannis... Cyclops was right. Stannis burned his own daughter for power, I firmly believe cyclops wouldn't make that kind of choice if in the same situation.

Storm could be Daenerys with the way she was always ending up naked and with people worshipping her

Cyclops from Utopia era and on is pretty similar to Stannis.Harsh,just and do the right thing,even if the right thing sometimes demands cruel acts.I got many vibes of Phoenix Cyclops being Stannis with Magneto as Davos and Emma as Melissandre.As for TV Stannis,he sacrificed his daughter for saving the realm.Remember what Mel told him."You got to sit to the Iron Throne before the Long Winter,so you can save humanity from the Others".But i blame the ambiguity of how they directed the whole thing,plus they never explained how the sacrifices would help(in the books,it was to wake Dragons out of stone).

While Utopia/AvsX/Rebellion Cyclops is Stannis,the classic version is pretty much Jon Snow.

Emma Frost is Cercei.Especially in her White Queen days.

Cable as Shireen is too fuckin funny,although i could see Cable as Show's Jorah Mormont or book Jon Connington(both during their grayscale periods)

Xavier as Bran seems fitting,but i see Xavier as Bloodraven aka The Three Eyed Raven.
