    The first time I can remember seeing her in a comic is from Crisis, but I’ve since read the one that appeared in All-Star Squadron. So whichever version that was is my answer.

    If by "Crisis" you mean "Crisis on Infinite Earths", then that would be the first choice:
    Sandra Knight (Quality / DC comics) - 1st appeared Police Comics #1 (1941) from Quality Comics
    Dee Tyler, the second Phantom Lady from DC Comics, wouldn't show up until Action Comics Weekly #636 (January, 1989) which was a few years after CoIE (though Dee was the one killed off in the first issue of Infinite Crisis when Deathstroke gutted her with his sword).

    You have 2 Sandra Knights up there though.

    If you read the descriptions and the original post for this thread, you would hopefully understand the difference:
    Sandra Knight (Quality / DC comics) - 1st appeared Police Comics #1 (1941) from Quality Comics

    Sandra Knight (Fox Features & Ajax-Farrell version) - appeared from 1947-1955

    * Sandra Knight (Fox Features & Ajax-Farrell version) - Costume was blue with red cape; appeared from 1947-1955
    * Dee Tyler - 1st appeared Action Comics Weekly #636 (1989) / died in Infinite Crisis #1 (2005)
    * Stormy Knight - 1st appeared in Crisis Aftermath: The Battle for Blüdhaven (2006)
    * Jennifer Knight - 1st appeared in Phantom Lady and Doll Man #1 (2012)

    Note that there are two versions of "Sandra Knight" included. The first one was in stories published by Quality Comics starting in 1941, but the character had been created for Quality by the Eisner & Iger studio (as in Will Eisner and Jack Iger).

    When Quality Comics stopped publishing stories with Phantom Lady, Jack Iger later made a deal with Fox Feature Syndicate allowing them to use the character (which they did starting in 1947).

    Then in 1956, DC made a deal with Quality Comics to obtain some of Quality's properties (like Blackhawks) once Quality gave up publishing comic books, and it was thought by DC that they had acquired the rights to characters like Phantom Lady.

    Quality Comics version:

    Fox Features version:

    DC Comics (with other members of the Freedom Fighters) - as seen in Justice League of America #107 (1973)
    The "Fox Features & Ajax-Farrell version" wasn't used by DC. They stuck with the original Quality Comics version that wore the yellow-and-green outfit. (The Fox Feature version seemed to have more "cheesecake" artwork.)

    I bought that issue when it was new off a spinner rack at a local stationary store.

    Still own my copy, too.

    Stormy Knight was the first version I read but I've seen a few of the 1941 comics.
    Power with Girl is better.

    Well, we're up to 69 people having voted, and that person appears to have gone with the " other " option.
    * Sandra Knight (1940's Quality Comics/DC Comics [1972 - various periods]) = 31 votes
    * Dee Tyler (DC Comics, 1989 - 2005) = 21 votes
    * Stormy Knight (DC Comics 2006 - 2011?) = 10 votes
    * other = 4 votes
    * Sandra Knight (Fox Features & Ajax-Farrell) = 2 votes
    * Jennifer Knight (DC Comics 2012) = 1 vote

    But they didn't do the second part, which was
    please specify in a separate post
    what they meant with that vote.
