I'm guessing Metal will also explain why Phantom Girl is in the present-day instead of with the Legion.

Sounds like Dark Matter will be both about doing new concepts while also harkening back to classic comics and conventions of the genre .

I would really like to see what Lemire would do on a Hawkman book .

LOL at Batman:The Signal. Whats next Batman:Nightwing? The fact that it has no release date,artist and a no name writer pretty much seals its fate. It will be cancelled with in 12 issues and I fully expect it to hit cancellation numbers by the 7th issue.

Talon by Snyder and Tynion made it to 18, just as an example. Hopefully this seals Duke's long term fate, no more force feeding if this doesn't work out.

Snyder was only credited for issues #0-7 (I believe that was for plot/story, not the actual writing of it), so that may have been part of the problem.
Tynion wasn't even listed on issues #15-17; Marguerite Bennett wrote #15 and Tim Seeley was on #16-17 (the final issue).

Do we know anything about that Brimstone guy and his comic ? I guess he is a META(L)-human like The Signal, Sideways and Damage, but beyond that, as anything been revealed about him yet ?
