Maybe, but bear in mind the book's full title is Silver Sable and the Wild Pack. The Pack have to be involved somehow.

I have only read the first issue of the 90s series of Silver Sable but as a fan of the character ever since the first stories she apeared this is good news.
For sure one of these specials Legacy comic books that i am looking forward the most to read.
