It's fun to read, but not essential. I've read it in the oversized deluxe edition and that's great. I always prefer oversized art.

Uncanny X-men Volume 5 Omnibus - my first Omni of the year, and my first since I read Spectacular Spider-man last January.

Superman: Unchained Deluxe Edition i started to read it today, two issues in and i really enjoyed the book so far. Jim Lee's art was stuning and Dustin Nguyen did a great job with his art at the each epiloge part of an issue. I believe DC killed off this new 52 version of Superman because of the poor sales and brought back the version before New 52 reboot.

Finished up Uncanny X-men Vol 5 Omnibus and it was quite fun. Quite a few issues in there that I have never read before.

Just started Spider-Gwen: Ghost Spider Omnibus.

"These Savage Shores" by Ram V and Sumit Kumar.

It's historical fantasy set among pre colonial India. Vampires get involved with two warring kingdom in the Indian subcontinent. It's a sprawling story set on two different continents. Like Ram's earlier creator owned work "Grafity Wall" it has an ensemble cast with some issues switching focus. If you are a fan of Ram V's work on Detective Comics or Swamp Thing this is for you.
