Black Panther by Christopher Priest Omnibus.
This is a book I plan to read and re-read. There is something bleak about his journey, it manages to be a great almost traditional sci fi fantasy story but it is in no ways typical. I found myself changing how I feel about the villain and hero. It feels timely.
Also I am reading Doom Patrol by Rachel Pollack and Black Panther by Ta-Nehisi Coates. The Doom Patrol has been out there bizarre and Black Panther has been really exciting. I didn’t think that in the past.
Essential Silver Surfer Vol 2. I gotta say, I'm not liking Englehart and Rogers' run so far, which is a shame because I'm a huge fan of both creators. The dialogue is very info-dumpy and the art seems a little amateurish compared to Marshall Rogers' work on Batman and Mister Miracle. To be fair I'm only on issue 3.

Not All Robots TPB 1
Smart book.
Restarting Jack Katz's epic First Kingdom series. I'm currently reading the first volume The Birth of Tundran. Going to take me a bit to work through all 6 volumes. The early volumes each contain six 32 page issues of densely packed pages of text and panels.

I just finished the Son of Satan Classic (Damian Hellstrom) from the 70s era. I enjoyed it, good read at nearly 500 pages.
I'm going to next start USAgent: The Good Fight.

Ensconced in the 80’s. Sturm und Drang, the Byrne FF Omnibus, and the Return of the Sinister Six. Gotham Central Omnibus and Absolute Hush after Christmas.
I never tried a Tarzan comic before but gave Lord of the Jungle a try when I saw it was written by Dan Jurgens.
It's a pretty good read and the art by Benito Gallego is fantastic, even the colorist is good.
The bulk of the story centers on the origin of Tarzan starting just before he is born. The other storyline in the first 2 issues involves a much older Tarzan coming back to his homeland to get revenge. I'd say it's worth a read if you enjoy pulp heroes.
