Anyways, other than Plastic Man, I am not seeing any connection to the FF.
Everything about this announcement pleases me.
My only regret is (and it might not actually be one since there will be two different versions of Midnighter and Apollo running around in DC comics, is that Mr. T is one of my all time favorite members of the JSA and I would hate to think that his inclusion on this team would rob us of him in that book, but as I said it can be as simple as there being two different Midnighters. It does seem like a swipe at Marvel, if you don't want to tell FF stories then we will.
Since we don't know what/when version of a JSA DC is supposedly considering, Holt being on another group doesn't really make a big difference yet. (After all, the JSA was created nearly 60 years before Holt made his first appearance in the world of DC comics.) Who knows what part(s) of the JSA's histories they'll keep in place?
Better than the Terrifics, I'd say the group should be named The Terrific Tetrad (more sofisticated than The Tetra-Terrific).
Seriously, though, I'm looking quite foward for this team. Really very courious. But I'd rather the girl be Phase, and not Phantom Girl.
Peace
When will Mr. Terrific and Phantom Girl have their own overpowered "Franklin Richards"?!
Take a couple of minutes and check out this new comic book, friends: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...no-more-crises
Everyone-including the panel members-call her Phantom Girl but I wonder if this is actually Stealth from L.E.G.I.O.N....could lead to their return before relaunching Legion of Super-Heroes.
