This is a fun match-up. Both characters kind of got stuck in the 'back up telepath' role, after Jean (and later, Emma), and have had their moments in the sun (and their less-spectacular moments) so it's not as lop-sided as some polls have been.
Psylocke
Rachel

Definitely Rachel. She's easily one of my favorite characters and has such a morally complex characterization and background. Her conquering the power of the Phoenix and controlling it was too badass.
Love Betsy too but I just can never say no to Rachel.
Emma Frost, Rogue, Felicia Hardy, Helena Bertinelli, Allison Blaire, Barbara Gordon, Monica Rambeau, Carol Danvers, Illyana Rasputin, Ororo Munroe, Harleen Quinzel, Lorna Dane, Irene Adler, Kate Kane, Rachel Grey Summers, Jean Grey, Diana Prince, Barbara Ann Minerva, Donna Troy, Jennifer Walters, Gwen Stacy, Wanda Maximoff = PERFECTION!
Gotta go with Psylocke, duh
I really don't mind Rachel but my main issue with Rachel is writers can't seem to find a consistent voice with her, she's just a bland psychic since she left the original Excalibur.
Psylocke was a very complex character with scores of interactions/memorable conversations in the 2010 Xforce run I read. I came into the series having never completed a full Xmen run before, and left with her as one of my favorite characters in the run. Going with her
Not even Land's art was able to get me to turn on Psylocke. So I vote Psylocke.
Always Psylocke!
I am Glad that she and Gambit are on one team again. I hope they will interact a little bit.
Rachel for me
as for Bet's
I still don't like but am used to her Asian body.(love the Crimson Dawn at first)
but HATE her having TK still for sum reason
Another hard one. I do love reading both of those women, but I ultimately went with Rachel. I've followed her more then Psylocke, and when she's written well, is a wonderful character.
