It can't be anyone too major maybe minor heroes and heroines who were made up on the spot to be sacrificed at the altar.

LOL I thought the same. Maybe it's because... well, who would treat a patient who is a superhero? Regular psychologists and psychiatrists?

I also wonder if Batgirl will be shown as a previous patient because The Killing Joke.

All in all, I trust the hell out of Tom King to deliver this story. And I'm super excited to see a more personal big story like Infinity Crisis was.
