Other possibilities for Pascal that I came up with:
1. Angle Man
2. Sebastian Ballasteros
3. Zeus (okay, technically Robotman came up with this one on the DCEU thread.)

Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are,
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

I had totally forgot Pascal was in that pilot with Palicki. Haha...that's kind of crazy.
I can see him as Sebastien Ballesteros or, more crazily, the ectoplasmic-psychic manifestation of Doctor Psycho.
Hopefully he's not Ballesteros, that character was AWFUL!!
Vandal Savage could be a cool choice, I agree with that.
My handy dandy prediction list:
- Tom Leavens (the man Barbara Ann sacrifices to become the Cheetah)
- Tom Tresser (I think to avoid confusion with Steve, they'll make Tom a darker-haired fella)
- Ed Indelicato (which would be an awesome throwback to that crappy pilot)
- Mike Schorr
- Angle Man (could be an intro villain Diana beats in the first ten minutes, or a secondary villain like Dr. Poison)
- Deimos or Phobos
- Doctor Psycho (or at least his projected illusion of himself)
- The Duke of Deception
- Hercules
- Chuma (I hope not)
- Sebastian Ballesteros (I don't see it happening)
Realistically he's probably a brand new character a la Sameer, Charlie, and Chief.
Grace Randolph suggests he's playing Deimos because of his involvement in trying to spur a US/Soviet war along with his father and brother.
If they go the Rebirth route and make Deimos and Phobos twins, he could be playing both. Deimos may also fill the Urzkataga role in Cheetah's story while also being responsible for resurrecting Steve.
Of course, just spitballing but that plot does seem epic and dramatic.
Another option I saw being discussed: Zatara. If the movie really is set in the 80s, we might even see a young Zatanna.
Total speculation, just to be clear. But that would be a really good option. Pascal could definitely play him and establishing Zatanna as being at least somewhat inspired by Diana would be very cool indeed.

I don't know their track record but a site (The Tracking Board) says that Pascal will likely play "a slippery conman known in the script as Rex". Take it with grain of salt.
