MCU Cap does not have CBPH reflexes so I doubt he can do very well if they are around that level of speed and have the ability to harm him (guns, blades, or hard-hitting attacks).

Coordinators might be CBPH in reactions, but that is about it. Plus, Steve has a huge physical edge against all of them. Not one has ever shown to have anywhere near the level of strength, soak, or skill. Their physical enhancements rest solely on enhanced reaction speed, nothing more.
