Its funny how I always go back to Dragon Ball comparisons, but it would remind of something like when Krillin dies and young Goku loses it and takes off for revenge.

I know nothing about dragon Ball or anything in that genre.

I've.seen this on CW hero shows,Ms martian did it toward kaldur on YJ,not to mention anything not related to comics

I'm still seeing a situation where Lor-Zod beats the holy hell out of Damian. Imagine a cliffhanger where Damian is alone, gets set upon by Lor-Zod and is beaten within an inch of his life. Maybe even stops breathing. Jon finds him and freaks out. Batman and Superman arrive and rush to aid as well. As they're working, Jon explodes in a rage and takes off after the assailant, despite Superman's demand that he stay put. Bruce recesitates Damian in this time, but Jon doesn't know it, he's on the warpath to find Lor-Zod thinking that his friend is dead...

Could be both a brutal fight between two super-powered kids, and really show how much Jon and Damian have come to care for each other, when the time comes to cement that relationship. I've even got the cover: another homage to Crisis #7 with Jon holding Damian in his arms shooting a blast of heat vision up while screaming.

I also wouldn't mind a situation where Lor-Zod isn't so much "evil" like his dad as he likes being "edgy". Sometimes his dad fits that, sometimes he doesn't - which could make for some unlikely and (VERY) begrudging team-ups from time to time.

I could see that,he has his own agenda and ways of thinking,could work
