Any collected editions of Green Lantern volume two?

Are there any collected editions that has the complete green lantern volume two?
(The one that ran from 1960 to 1988 for 224 plus issues.)
The only collected edition i could find was The Green Lantern Chronicles. It collects vol. 2 alright but only till issue 20.
Where can i find rest of the issues? Thanks.

You could start with the GL Silver Age omnibus', both of which are out of print, but still pretty easy to find for less than cover price. There's also a newer printing of the first volume, but I'm not sure the contents are exactly the same as the old one.

There are also 3 smaller trade paperbacks out there titled GL: Sector 2814 that collect later issues in the series (from the 1980's) and predominantly feature John Stewart.

Green Lantern silver age omnibus vol 1 that came out earlier this year is available from Amazon, it's got the Showcase stories and collects from issue #1 to #30 odd, in the UK it's available for around £45.
Volume 2, which comes out next March, is available to preorder now.
