There's nothing to indicate this game will have any more X-men content than any other marvel game out there. Yes the game dev company is owned by Fox, but there's nothing indicating 20th century fox is involved at all. If the dev studio partnered with Marvel, they could have the same licensing agreement as any other dev.

My ideal game would be on multiple platforms that mixes the event, character inclusion, and "town" building elements of Avengers Academy; the fighting and character development of Future Fight; the stories and game play elements from X-Men Legends. Roll that into one (lolololol) and you would have one helluva game that would fun on so many levels.
But I don't expect much for X-Men games at this point so yeah...
