I'm going to assume he's implying "Wishing Well World Breaker". Which won't matter as Superman is at current, far stronger, and far faster. He'll rip him to literal pieces and chuck them into Orbit.

The speed thing is irrelevant because it’s speed-equalised, but bait thread is still pointless because the much stronger, more durable guy can also stay out of range with flight and bombard the other guy with heat vision, and then keep him as a heat-vision-melted puddle for a ten-count even if the regen of the other guy is otherwise too quick to get one via punching.

Hulk cannot hit Superman while Superman is flying. And yes, I know Hulk can jump, but Superman can just nonchalantly fly to one side.
Superman can hit Hulk.
Hulk cannot hurt Superman.
Superman can hurt Hulk.
OP can stack the odds in Hulk’s favour.
OP cannot make Hulk win.
OP also cannot justify a bait thread.
