Wonder Woman. After her, probably Black Canary and Dr. Fate of those on that list. I dig Wildcat a lot too.
The Flash (Jay Garrick)
Green Lantern (Alan Scott)
Hawkman (Carter Hall)
The Atom (Al Pratt)
The Sandman (Wesley Dodds)
The Spectre (Jim Corrigan)
Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson)
Hourman (Rex Tyler)
Johnny Thunder (and his Thunderbolt)
Starman (Ted Knight)
Dr. Mid-Nite (Charles McNider)
Wonder Woman (Diana Prince / later Diana Prince Trevor)
Black Canary (Dinah Drake / later Dinah Drake Lance)

I would have thought that "Johnny Thunder (and his Thunderbolt)" might get more votes from appearing in Geoff John's (badly delayed) current series (which conveniently can be abbreviated as "DC"), but he only has 12 votes at present.
Don't particularly care for the JSA but I do like
The Spectre
Dr. Fate
Wonder Woman
and Black Canary.
Batman - Daredevil
I'm assuming you do realize the Wonder Woman and the Black Canary aren't exactly the same people in current comic book stories?
The Wonder Woman of the Golden Age (with the JSA in the pre-CoIE days) was a version from a different Earth, and the Golden Age Black Canary was (prior to the New52) the mother of the present-day version of Black Canary.
Quick update again:* The Flash (Jay Garrick) = 56 votes (+3)
* Green Lantern (Alan Scott) = 47 votes (+3)
* Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson) = 46 votes (+3)
* Black Canary (Dinah Drake /Dinah Drake Lance) = 40 votes (+2)
* Dr. Mid-Nite (Charles McNider) = 33 votes (still no change)
* The Sandman (Wesley Dodds) = 33 votes (+2)
* Hawkman (Carter Hall) = 33 votes (+2)
* Hourman (Rex Tyler) = 32 votes (no change)
* Wonder Woman (Diana Prince/added Trevor) = 32 votes (+1)
* Starman (Ted Knight) = 26 votes (+1)
* The Spectre (Jim Corrigan) = 25 votes (+3)
It may be that Golden Age/Earth-2 Wonder Woman really wasn't as important a member of the JSA as later versions of "modern-day" Wonder Woman would become to the Justice League.
Golden Age Wonder Woman wasn't really active in many of the early JSA adventures; she was the "recording secretary" and didn't even get her own solo chapter like the males did!
I really enjoyed when Earth-2's Wonder Woman took over the Wonder Woman solo title (and had a solo feature in World's Finest Comics) for about a year in the 1970s, but I'm not how many JSA stories she really shined in.
I originally started this thread & poll a little over a year ago, so might as well do another update.* The Flash (Jay Garrick) = 57 votes (+1)
* Green Lantern (Alan Scott) = 48 votes (+1)
* Doctor Fate (Kent Nelson) = 47 votes (+1)
* Black Canary (Dinah Drake /Dinah Drake Lance) = 41 votes (+1)
* Hawkman (Carter Hall) = 35 votes (+2)
* Dr. Mid-Nite (Charles McNider) = 33 votes (no change)
* The Sandman (Wesley Dodds) = 33 votes (no change)
* Hourman (Rex Tyler) = 32 votes (no change)
* Wonder Woman (Diana Prince/added Trevor) = 32 votes (no change)
* Starman (Ted Knight) = 27 votes (+1)
* The Spectre (Jim Corrigan) = 25 votes (no change)
