It may be horror, but it definitely isn't a slasher, so he doesn't get to play.

    Again, X-Men-level characters.

If Ellen Ripley is fair game that means Bishop is as well. That means the composite would have his super android reflexes and speed (as demonstrated with the knife game).

Wait, does Carrie count? It's certainly a horror movie. But I don't think she could be considered a hero.

Bishop is a supporting character, not a hero.

She shouldn't count, hero or not.
She's never been in a slasher film.

That chick certainly would add some pretty good reality warping powers to the composite.

Charlie is not in a slasher movie.

Also Firestarter isn't really horror, it's classified as a sci-fi thriller.

But it is still really horror all the same. Crucially though, it indeed is not a slasher movie.

Carrie doesn't, but there was an expy of her in a Friday the 13th movie.

Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, where Tina (the Carrie expy) battles Jason Voorhees. She has telekinesis and (possibly) zombification powers, considering she resurrects Jason and then defeats him by having her dead dad leap out of Crystal Lake where he died, grab Jason, wrap chains around him, and pull him to the bottom.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.
