This book's high quality really does serve as a nice palate cleanser after reading Titans. The difference in quality is just stunning, and this issue, like always, was fantastic. All the fun and emotional beats landed, and I definitely didn't expect the Emperor to go down like that.

Now lets just hope the Suicide Squad's awfulness doesn't drag down the next few issues.

Well its a Batman and Wonder Woman published by DC itself. Beats fawning over pastiches owned by someone else or fan fic lol.

Well, lets not be too sure the emperor is down for the count...(and just who IS that other woman in the tube?)

But, hot damn, this is a fun book that should be getting more support. (And he sure as hell EARNED that super moment....)

This really is a fun book to read.kenan really is a kid with no filter with what comes out his mouth lol.

The Superman zero/emperor character could have been so much more (kon,just grabbed up and brainwashed),his life was pretty short.

This book really does have a great ensemble cast

That spread with Kenan using his heat vision was beautiful.

A little wary about the suicide squad getting involved, but everything has been great. And Flash hasn't been as insufferable as I think she usually is. Shocking to see actual character growth! This is definitely in the top 5 rebirth titles for me. I really hope sales start reflecting the quality.

I've personally liked Avery from the start and she's only gotten better. Honestly, the one member of the JLC I'm not absolutely in love with is Baixi. I agree that this one of the best Rebirth titles, and it's my personal favorite.

I obviously don't want to see this crew go away, and as far as sales go, while floppy sales aren't improving (I still maintain a rebranding as "Justice League of China" would increase sales) I think its been doing decently in trade sales.
