Default Could The Last Jedi have some influence from Leigh Brackett's ESB script?

Vader's castle of course appears in Rogue One, and it was a part of that draft...and of course, pretty much all the sequels and prequels have borrowed from earlier concepts that were deleted from the other films. (Coruscant, for instance, appears in some drafts of ROTJ, but under a different name).

A lot of the recent pictures of Snoke show him wearing a golden cloak; something that was originally intended for the Emperor in that draft.

Han's mission in the earlier draft isn't as much trying to escape from the Empire, or pay off Jabba the Hutt, but to actually enlist the help of his stepfather, who is a big name in the Empire. Now, some of the hints about the 'casino planet' seem to indicate that Leia, Finn, Poe and Rose go to the "Casino planet" Canto Bight to meet the Laura Dern character-an admiral of some kind-and get her fleet to help the fight against First Order.

This is all kind of speculation of course, really.

    Could be.

On the other hand, enough of them are general enough to be happenstance because of people thinking in similar ways. For example, I know a lot of Star Wars tie-in fans are convinced that Force Awakens was based off of/stole shamelessly from some of the old Legends books. While it could be possible (esp. since we do know that many of the tie-ins do borrow ideas from Legends these days), it's more likely that the writers came up with similar ideas.

Star Wars recycles every last bit of unused writing sooner or later.

You are talking about drafts that didn't make it into the movie. Which is Lucas' work. The Last Jedi is a totally different thing. Don't forget Disney own Star Wars now. Do you really think Disney is going to allow it? Mostly likely they going to move forward.

Disney/Lucasfilm is free to borrow elements from dropped concepts from the other films. Vader's castle is one example; Disney's first major piece of Star Wars work, Rebels, is practically filled with influence from Ralph Mcquarrie and Joe Johnston's concept art for the OT. Zed is based on an old Chewbacca design, Lothal's geography and buildings are based heavily on designs for ROTJ(Especially the central complex in the heart of the city, a concept for Death Star II), the Rebel versions of the AT-AT, Speeder bike, and AT-ST are also borrowed from earlier sketches as well.

The outpost in The Force Awakens also uses a design for an arch near Jabba's palace from ROTJ, among other things.

Yeah, but the design change. Tatooine isn't Jakku.

    Zed looks nothing like Chewbacca.

I think it's more of the generals than the specifics.

Haven't you ever seen a rare, hairless Wookiee?

Zeb is based on very early concept work for Chewbacca:
