I'm pleasantly surprised Luke Cage and Jessica Jone's marriage is still around. Given marvels track record of marriages, that at times worried me because I was a fan of it.

Black Widow has never gone back to the domino mask/cape/fishnet costume with black hair , and Marvel has done their best to ignore she ever wore it or that she had a hair color besides red.

Ultron being a sinister manifestation of his creator. To my knowledge he simply started as an evil robot, though it was changed that possessing the mind of Hank Pym led Ultron to being the sinister opposite of Hank complete with alternate fields of research.
Beyond this when being made by Iron man in tv shows he takes on the Iron man element of Stark and turns it up to 11, not to mention that in the films while being made by a mixture of Stark and Banner, he does take on the quirks of Stark like banter and even design elements, even directly quoting him.

In the case of Iron man, this actually goes back to his costume design which while in the films we know him being plated, in the comics it changed to the "spandex" design. This stayed that way for decades and while it was plated for the mid 2000's, it either returns to the sleeker spandex (no visible seams) or hybrids it these days. Plated costumes simply don't stick for Tony Stark always being replaced with creative teams.

Huston's Moon Knight run. Moon Knight went from maybe he's crazy to he's definitely crazy.

But even when she's a fugitive she's still ostensibly a good guy doing good things, even if she's waned by authorities for it.

She's certainly not robbing banks or attacking heroes just because anymore.

The Hulk evolving from 'HULK SMASH!!!" and ripped purple pants. Sure, they go back to it every now and then, but it's never been the status quo it once was--for years, even. I remember reading that arc as a kid and loving it.

Despite how much Marvel wishes otherwise or writes him as a man-child, Peter Parker's still grown-up.

While the story itself still stands in the ASM comics themselves, the version of the franchise that it replaced never really went away as far as the brand itself goes.
