Lol, it made me laugh. Basically "Our vacation sucked, Clark". Yes, yes it did.

In any case, looking forward to seeing how this writing feels. Again, big fan of Jurgens' plotting, not so much his dialogue and exposition. We'll see if this is better.

Williams is like the one guy I wanted to see write a story, I think this will turn out slick. Wonder how much of the Oz mystery they're giving him to handle.

March feels a bit like Bog here, which is great.

Is it weird that I thought that was Neal Adams art at first?

Rescuing submarines and fighting a mutant wolf is pure comic book writing, I love it. Wanted Williams to have a go at writing Superman for a while.

My thoughts exactly!!! He is definitely channeling some Neal action here. Which, comparing to his other work with Big Blue (namely the Superman #50 cover from BvS month) it looks very different.

Rob Williams? I'm guessing this is only for a few issues right? Then back to the bargain bin? It seems like its too good to be real news.

Man, I'd just like ONE Superman book that is readable.

    This!

As other's have already stated it looks like Guillem March is trying to channel Neal Adams. i wouldn't have recognized March's art if his name wasn't on the cover.

Sorry you aren't liking Rebirth Superman. They've been the most readable Superman comics in years for me.

I gotta join the "we finally get a readable Superman comic" choir. These books have been largely weak sauce as a whole since like Multiplicity (for Superman) and since forever for Action. My opinion of course. Sucks since I used to really like Tomasi and Gleason's Superman book a lot.

But yeah, this preview looks pretty good.
"Mark my words! This drill will open a hole in the universe. And that hole will become a path for those that follow after us. The dreams of those who have fallen. The hopes of those who will follow. Those two sets of dreams weave together into a double helix, drilling a path towards tomorrow. THAT's Tengen Toppa! THAT'S Gurren Lagann! MY DRILL IS THE DRILL THAT CREATES THE HEAVENS!" - The Digger

We walk on the path to Secher Nbiw. Though hard fought, we walk the Golden Path.

Same. This is the most acclaimed that Superman has been in several years after all.
