    It doesn't really matter for my choice, Doctor Fate, because he's so far down in the poll. But to illustrate the point let's say I'm a fan of Black Canary, Hawkgirl and Black Adam--which as of my posting are at 22, 21 and 21 respectively--but let's assume that I like Hawkgirl more. If I vote for all three then they all go ahead by 1--23, 22, and 22. But if I just vote for Hawkgirl that helps her because now it's 22, 22 and 21--Hawkgirl gets to tie Black Canary and not lag behind.

    So if I am being strategic in my voting and I want my most favourite to go ahead, it's better (in this case) to vote for one rather than three. This seems like John Nash (A BEAUTIFUL MIND) level thinking. It hurts my head.

    That single vote my help Hawkgirl, but wouldn't it also hurt Black Canary and Black Adam because that's one less vote each can receive?
    (Sorry, but CBR polls don't allow you to give three points to your favorite / two points to your second-favorite / and one point to your third favorite.)

    a toss-up between terrific, mid-nite and rick tyler hourman. i went with rick as the story-arc featuring the three hourmen is my favorite of the entire jsa run.

    I always liked the little bit of a team within a team that was Mr. Terrific, Dr. Mid-Nite, and Black Canary early on in the series, before Black Canary left the pages of JSA. The sparks of romance between Pieter and Dinah were interesting too as it was poised to break the Oliver and Dinah dynamic (which never seems to work out well for Dinah.) I always wanted to see Phantom Lady (Stormy Knight) added to that terrific trio, but it was never meant to be. Still, the friendship and comradeship between Mr. Terrific and Dr. Mid-Nite was good as it developed.

    I'd still read a title today that was Mr. Terrific, Black Canary, Dr. Mid-Nite, and Phantom Lady. We need more than the Batfamily as capable kick-ass, more-or-less human vigilantes.

    I mean, who doesn't want to see Michael, Dinah, Pieter, and Stormy take on and take down Kobra or another crazy cabal in the DCU? /rhetorical question

    Well, it may be rhetorical, but I'm not as familiar/invested in Stormy Knight as you seem to be.
    Sandra Knight and Dee Tyler are the versions I'm more familiar with (and enjoyed).
    Also, I wouldn't mind adding the Kate Spencer version of Manhunter to that mix.
    (Additionally, it would have been fun having Dee and Kate together since Dee was trained by Sandra Knight and Kate is Sandra's granddaughter.)

    I had to vote for every member in this poll just as I did in the original lineup poll. I was more selective with the other two JSA polls, but I don't dislike any member. I only voted for characters I LOVE but in this poll and the original JSA poll that means all of them.

    YES! I love this roster and it has three of my top 6 favorite dc characters I believe.
