I'll ask the same thing here I asked in the Thirties thread. If you could revive one title from this era that no longer exists, what would it be?
Since I used Adventure Comics earlier in the other thread here I'll go with MORE FUN COMICS. Even though it didn't last that long really it is DC's original title and I think there should be a place for it.
I realize a title like that would be a tough sell nowadays it could be used to feature the "more fun" characters DC has. It would be the perfect place for Plastic Man, for example. Metal Men? Metamorpho? And of course the logo of whoever stars could dominate the cover, as in "More Fun Comics Starring..." This could be an anthology like Adventure or just a single-story title.
More Fun Comics #63 from 1941 stars the Spectre in "Trigger Daniels' Death Curse." Also featured are Detective Sergent Carey, Congo Bill, Captain Desmo, Radio Squad, Lt. Bob Neal, Biff Bronson, Sergeant O'Malley of the Red Coat Patrol and, finally, Doctor Fate starring in "The Man Who Turned People Into Stone."

It must have been quite something back then to be a kid and see all these super-heroes in the comics and new ones all the time. And then, in the late '40s, to see them all disappear, had to be quite a shock.
More Fun Comics #95 from 1944. Stories featured Green Arrow & Speedy, Doctor Fate, Aquaman, Johnny Quick and the Spectre.
