Is that really what the original Post-Crisis Batmobile looked like? I guess it was before the more "flamboyant" designs.

And is the girl in the bikini anyone I should recognize?

Barda. Her and Scott were holding a picnic. Booster and Beetle showed up in a tank they'd stolen from the 1,000. Then the Joker stole it from them.* Then Barda got annoyed and tore apart the tank.

*The whole issue is about the JLI going about their daily lives while the Joker tries and fails to kill them (He does kill a lot of henchmen though.)

Unless it's a hit and then the hype and fanart get even more ferocious (I'm sorry) .
