I don't even know why this was a question to begin with.

Yes, Alfred lives at the Manor. Way too many Comics, Movies, TV shows and Video Games have shown that he does.

If you are talking about the Batman 66' TV show, they have shown Alfred in his bathrobe.

    What year?

By the way, don't forget Alfred wasn't introduced until Batman #16 in 1943, about four years after Batman himself first appeared.

(Off-hand, I don't know if they showed any live in servants for Wayne Manor prior to Alfred.)

Considering he's always around when Bruce needs him or to make some tea or whatever i take he lives there.

Which used to be quite common for domestics working for rich families to live in their bosses houses, often in a glorified closet or in some other "i can't believe it's that small" part of the house.

Alfred does all the work of taking care of a 10 million square foot house, a cave a thousand times the size of Carlsbad Cavern, AND a barnyard (featuring the amazing Bat-Cow) with no help; he's bound have changed the deed over to his own name by now. "Oh, and by the way, Sir--I now own everything. You may address me as Master Pennyworth. Now go shampoo the living room carpet."

Bruce took the house back when he returned from Europe. Alfred has the West Wing. Dick and Bruce know not to ever go to the West Wing.

That sounds exactly like the Alfred from the DC Abridged series.
