What is this the 3rd cover where Mera is drawn blonde with Aquaman's color scheme? Fourth? How are they keep letting that happen?

Who's drawing that second cover? I think I might have just found my new favorite representation of the new belt. A red outline on the yellow buckle really gives is some pizzazz.

His work reminds me a bit of McGuinness not-on-steroids. Which is pretty nice.
