Does a drum count as a musical instrument? It may be a stretch, but one way or another we have to get Captain Marvel Jr. into this. Some biographers claim that Elvis' entire life (the jump suits, capes, lightning bolts, etc.) was shaped by a childhood fascination with the character, and others vehemently dispute that, providing other perhaps more plausible explanations for those eccentricities. However, Elvis himself let it be known that he had been a huge fan of comic books as a young teen, and many people do claim that he was especially fascinated by Captain Marvel Sr. and Jr., and they assert that in particular by the time Elvis had graduated from high school he had started styling his hair with the now-famous spit curl to look more nearly like his hero.

    It's Opera dude.

There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

It's Die Walkure from The Ring Cycle. It's all spears and magic helmets.

You do know where "Kill the Rabbit" came from.

I'm actually aware of Wagner's work, but refuse to allow any real knowledge I have to get in the way of a bad joke.

And I do admire Russell's work in this field.
