Congratulations to icctrombone for the win this week. It's a nice feeling when I actually pick the winning cover. Just like winning myself, except there's no one on me asking about next week's theme. But the cover was a sign of the nature of Jaime Hernandez's Love and Rockets world. It's a fine piece of work
And now, what has the captain learned this week? Hmmm, the big two companies' covers had their butts kicked this week. Even those of us who are big-time superhero fans realize that the flavor and variety of independent covers is widespread. There's a lot out there to enjoy.
