Even though history has proven time and again that you can't go home, I'd still like to see more of the classic Vertigo series revived (Shade, Swamp Thing, Animal Man...) and given a Young Animal style update.

I think this is the period that DC had a number of titles hitting their 100th issue and those arcs were AMAZING! We had the death of Artemis over in WW and the Flash doing his speed force thing over in Flash with the AMAZING Terminal Velocity.

The death of Clark Kent in Superman, the impending death of Oliver Queen in Green Arrow...

All of those milestone issues that year were great. The exception being "Return of the Hero" over in Justice League America. That one was a bit anti-climactic for me.

Now that I think about it, pretty sure these came out in 1995...?

Spectre by John Ostrander one of the best comics I have read. I'm not a religious man but I like the comic is about faith, hope, remorse and redemption. For having such a godly power he is made so human which is very make it relatable. I highly recommend the two trades released. I'm surprised we are now on page 4 and nobody have mentioned the comic yet tells me it is stil under appreciated.

I think the 100th issues may have. But the plotting/plot points leading to the culmination issues began during this period. I think some of them even springboarded from the Zero Hour event.
