perhaps my favorite period ever in comics.
morrison's jla launched. we got years of fun stories and my personal all-time favorite company crossover, dc one million.
batman: no man's land.
the end of mark waid's flash. i was always a fan of morrison/millar's year-long run when waid needed a break, too.
the jsa returns! led to robinson and johns' jsa relaunch.
a lot of fun, smaller books that didn't last terribly long but were a lot of fun to read: aztek the ultimate man, chronos, hourman, chase.
the reboot legion hit it's stride.
young justice.
i know it was never critically acclaimed or anything like that, but i always had a soft spot for marz' green lantern.
starman was going strong.
sandman: mystery theatre and preacher over at vertigo.

kyle rayner gets a lot of deserved hate for his role during this period, from myself included, but I'll admit his GL run around this time was incredibly comfy; the perfect stuff to read on a rainy afternoon. Don't have issue numbers in my head but a few of my favorites are the Christmas issue with the Titans, the Hawaii issue with Superboy, and the entirety of Emerald Knights
