I don't know if Dick looked feminine, exactly. I think he just lacked detail. It's like the artist (Can't remember their name) focused all their attention on Babs and Dick was a bit of a rush job. Also the artist can't draw the Nightwing suit very well. It's baggy and it hangs in weird places, like it was made of lycra and he stuck it in a boil wash, if that makes sense?
Minor complaints though. I loved this issue. I'm betting money the Red Queen is the teachers sister. Calling it now
