The kiss feels like a riff on Kitty's first surprise kiss on Peter. The angle is different but his expression is pretty similar.

This was fine.
I'd rather not the Kitty/Piotr thing, but this is the best handful of pages in quite a few issues. Glad Republican Lady is back and Kitty gave her a berating I can appreciate. Actually looking forward to the rest of the issue.

It's genuinely refreshing to see the X-Men actually tackling mutant rights issues from a PR standpoint, not just pew pew punch punch.
I guess the damage and psychic trauma from Mojo Worldwide is forgotten unless Nance brings it up at some point... like she should.
Not a fan of the art or, as usual, the colouring.
