...Dragonball AF get a chance and become an official entry to the franchise and get an anime adaptation?
I would love to see Xicor animated!

No, or at least extremely unlikely, for several reasons
the main one being that he's busy right now with the official Dragon Ball Super manga
second one being that I doubt Toei will ever return to the GT continuity again(and so long as Toriyama remains officially connected to the plot you can bet you butt they won't) period much less use a fan doujin to continue it(even if he writes the official release now AF reads very much like a fan doujin, ie it's not very well told story)
and finally Dragon Ball Super isn't going to end anytime soon

Doujin has a very specific culture about it. Doujin would never be adapted into an official work unless it was a doujin by the creator (which is more the case with anime creators who are not Mangaka).
No, it exists as a manga of sorts. It is treated as a fan-zin.
It takes place after the events of the final episode of GT and tells the story of Goku pairing with a female Kaioshin and having a new, evil son... Xicor.
It's what got Toriyama's attention and brought Toyotaro into the DBS project.

Yeah do not think this is going to happen, didn't he shoot down a long time ago anyways and said not going to happen.
