Every version of WW has a considerable speed advantage and most have the power or weapons to put Namor down for the count

This would need to be actually in the water with speed somehow equalized for Namor to have a shot here, and when he would need that many situational advantages, that's a statement right there.

Wonder Woman quite easily. He would have no chance to move it into the water and, as Pendaran said, he'd need to start in the water and have speeds equal or close to equal to have any chance.

I think that's fairly standard Namor. If anything, he might have even better strength feats by now. I think that was a pretty toned down Hulk compared to the levels he attained in more recent years but the way Namor beat him at least makes sense. Catching rockets is a level of superspeed reaction time that I consider to be kind of standard in comics, assuming the character also has the strength and durability for it. The Hulk has done stuff like that too. I don't think it's up there with the speed to aim dodge something as small as bullets or "bullet time".

In fact, he was. He scored a knockout of Hulk in Hulk's own book while they were under water. Caused a tsunami and Hulk was knocked onto an island.
