Honestly that feels like either PIS (Slade not using his speed and skill advantages) or SMvFL (Ollie should not be mixing it with Slade in H2H).

It also, as I recall, turns out later that getting captured was all part of Slade's master plan or something. I have a vague memory of this, and could be wrong.
...however, I will note that 'Re-trained Ollie' gets his ass handed to him by Canary, later on. And by 'ass handed to him', I mean ends up completely humiliated and eating turf.
Ollie is good, but he's not an A-lister when it comes to any kind of hand to hand/melee.Why are we here?

Oh, Lester will have to actually fight him (not, for example, one-shot him or anything)...but I know where my money would be if it came down to hand to hand between them.

Green Arrow is an above average h2h fighter. Bullseye is an expert h2h fighter. Within the confines of the rules, Oliver ain't got a chance. Drop them both on a tropical island or a wide open urban landscape and Ollie the hunter has Bullseye's head dressed and mounted.
