Poor Stan. I feel like I lost a family member. His voice will always be in my head from when he did the voiceovers for the old Spider-Man and Incredible Hulk cartoons. "Face front, True Believers!" :'(

I can't even get excited for the Epic Collections anymore; since they started printing them on tissue paper, they're a complete rip-off at $40 a pop.

Here's hoping they go back to the old paper soon...
Marvel is no longer giving any business to that particular printer.

Most online retailers have them for $20-23.

While there has been controversy in recent years about the relative contributions of Lee, Kirby and Ditko in creating the early Marvel Universe, my view is that without Stan Lee the Marvel Universe would simply not exist.

Rest in peace Stan, you will be very much missed...

Very sad indeed and especially with what had been going on over the last several months.

Even with online discounts, customers are still getting a lower quality product for what they paid before - be in $20 or $40. But if they've changed printers, that's excellent news!!!

Assuming they are, we can probably expect to see a few more releases on horrible paper given the lead time printing companies need.

Those are some really bad numbers for the Cable/Soldier X collection. Nemesis Contract sold 653 and Cable/X-Force: Onslaught Rising sold 530 (both in 2018 - I can't find Cable: Revolution in the Comichron data, which is weird). Gotta wonder if moving from nice, thick TPBs to OHC really lost a lot of people or if it's just those specific stories.

Marvel Masterworks Spectacular Spider-Man vol 2 is for a June release next year.
Glad to see this hitting. So perhaps 1 a year from Spectacular.
I may have to wait a bit on a Spectacular Omni but I'll wait. I feel it's day will come now that much more now.

Re: Omni sales last month--weak for Marvel and DC both. No standouts.

I think the standouts are the two reprints (ASM Michielinie/McFarlane & ToD Vol. 1). Both impressive results for reprints and beating all the new Omnis. Goes to show that some runs are constantly in demand and need Omnibus reprints from time to time - here's looking at you Bendis Daredevil and Immortal Iron Fist.

That hulk onni is just basically the 2 pb complete collections in 1 hc right?

We’re closing on a year since the red goblin OHC and still nothing to bridge it with the Worldwide OHC’s! It’ll really suck if marvel choose to collect all but the (nearly) end of slotts spidey in HC

Excellent news! This was such a fun series about 2 buddies hanging out. I'll be happy to get these books if the digital price breaks hit Amazon. It's a fantastically fun series.
